Clients may cancel retainer services with a 30-day written notice.  No refunds will be issued for services or short courses already rendered and sold.

Delivery of Digital Products and Services

  • For photography sessions, finalized images will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe, typically 7-14 business days after the shoot.
  • Digital courses, eBooks, or presets purchased through our website will be available for instant download upon payment confirmation.

Refund Policy

  • Photography Services: Refunds are not provided for completed services. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, we will assist you in resolving the problem.
  • Courses: If you are unsatisfied with a course, please contact us through the website details.
