Terms of Service
Francois Pistorius & Team Marketing Consulting

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Francois Pistorius & Team Marketing Consulting, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms may be updated periodically, and your continued use of services implies acceptance of the changes.

2. Services
Francois Pistorius & Team provides consulting in photography, marketing strategy, and digital content creation. Services are customised to meet client needs based on agreed-upon deliverables.

3. Payment & Fees
Clients will receive an invoice for the services rendered. Payments must be made prior to the start date agreed on.

Retainers and other payment structures honoured as agreed on.

4. Cancellation & Refunds
Clients may cancel retainer services with a 30-day written notice.  No refunds will be issued for services or short courses already rendered and sold.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any business strategies, client information, or proprietary materials discussed during consulting sessions.

6. Liability
Francois Pistorius & Team will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the implementation of the advice or strategies provided. Results may vary based on individual efforts and market conditions.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, and concepts provided by Francois Pistorius & Team remain the intellectual property of Francois Pistorius & Team unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate this retainer agreement with 30 days’ written notice. All outstanding balances must be paid in full upon termination.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or the appropriate legal channels.
